Question Can I change my delivery address/Wrong delivery address given?

Yes! You can send an email to hello@3am.sg and our customer service team will assist you to change the address accordingly.

Question Do you do night delivery or weekend delivery?

Most of the parcels will be delivered by third-party logistics and they do provide delivery after 6PM and on Saturday. You can let us know your preferred delivery time range under “Order notes” during checkout and we will try our best to meet your request.

Question How do i track my order?

Question How much is the delivery fee?
Answer

For order below SGD80, the delivery fee is SGD 1.49; While for order above SGD 80, It’s FREE DELIVERY!

Question Do you have bulk discounts for big orders?
